I Guess we shall see.
I hate to say it - but I believe it is.
How do you tell someone that their idealized view just doesn't work in real life?
People do not have "a few year breaks", no matter the reason.
Years are a very long time.
Everyone knows, when you "take a break for a while" it mean's forever.
We've all heard something like this:
Person 1: "How are you and your BF?"
Person 2: "Fine, we're taking a break for a bit, see where things go."
Person 1: "That mean's you've broken up."
But what can I do?
I have no control in this situation.
I can barley even make myself respond; let alone explain this.
